Requirements

For everyone’s protection, certain requirements must be met before enrolling your dog at Lucky Dog. We require an up to date list of shots from your veterinarian, shots that we require are DHPP (Distemper) Bordatella (Kennel Cough) and proof of Rabies. First time customers must provide a Fecal Test with a “negative” result for Giardia and parasites from the vet. This test must be done prior to evaluation but no more than two weeks prior. Puppies must be at least 3 months old. Dogs must enter our facility with nails that have been properly trimmed. Long nails can injure other dogs; if we feel your dog’s nails need to be trimmed we will do it here with a cost to your final bill. We interview all dogs before they are allowed to enroll at Lucky Dog to see how their body language is when playing with other dogs, temperament and play style.

Entrance To The Building

With your dogs and our customer’s safety in mind we require ALL our dogs be brought in on leashes and preferably non retractable leashes. When you enter Lucky Dog please use our intercom system to call our staff. We love to be outside playing with your dogs so it may take a minute or two for us to come to the door. Please DO NOT Enter the office without a staff member opening door and accompanying you in.
